現場の問題解決には、大きく分けて2通りの思考が求められます。
ひとつは、決められたことがルールやプロセス通りにできているか、という「品質管理的思考」。もうひとつは、今のルールは本当に適正なのか、より良い方法があるのではないか、という「開発的思考」。前者が正しいプロセスを維持・管理するのに対し、後者は常に「？」に始まって「！」を生みだし、イノベーションの素となるもの。この両輪をバランスよく組み合わせることで、よりインパクトのある問題解決が可能となります。
Searching for the best solution to the problem, KMT use two thinking methods. The first method is “QMT (quality management thinking) method”, and the other is “DT (development thinking) method.” We use QMT method for checking if the rules are strictly followed by site-workers, while using DT for finding innovative ways or rules by questioning the existing style. Combination of these two method would bring a big impact(!) in problem solution.

・契約書には業務範囲とConfidentialな情報を明確に定義します。
・本ネットワークを活用した特定企業に対する情報収集業務は行いません。
・当社業務状況で、お客様の機密保持ができない場合は、その部分の業務はお受けできません。
We shall make the best effort to protect customer’s confidential information that we get to know through business deal. We shall manage your information strictly not to disclose them to outsider including to our network members.
・Consultant won’t be in charge of your competitors at the same time consulting your company.
・We clarify our service range and treatment of confidential information in contract sheet.
・We won’t use our network for collecting particular company’s confidential info at the request of our customers.
・In case we judge there might be a risk that we cannot protect our customer’s confidential info, we may decline to make a contract in that range.
